Who is eligible to register as an Executive Delegate?
The AI4BT Global Summit is curated exclusively for C-level executives, Managing Directors, Board Members, Founders, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, Heads of Supply Chain, and Senior Transformation Leaders from Bangladesh's core industries — including RMG & Textiles, Banking & Fintech, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Logistics, Conglomerates, and Technology.
What is the registration fee or pricing structure?
Registration fee will be declared soon. It will be a nominal fee and also complementary access will be provided to selective Industry Leaders. Actual registration fee for public will be declared soon.
Delegates who register their interest now will receive priority notification once official fee tiers are announced and will be considered for complimentary executive nomination passes.
What are the exact dates and session timings?
The summit takes place across three consecutive evenings: 25, 26, & 27 September 2026, strictly from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST / UTC+6). This evening schedule eliminates workday disruption and allows executives to engage with complete focus.
Is the summit online or in-person? How will I join?
The entire summit is broadcast 100% online in ultra-high definition with live interactive stage rooms, breakout lounges, and real-time polling. Verified delegates will receive secure single-click credentials and calendar invitations directly via email.
Can multiple executives from the same enterprise attend together?
Yes. We strongly encourage leadership cohorts (e.g., Managing Director, CFO, CIO, and Head of Operations) to participate together to align company-wide transformation strategies. Each member should submit an individual registration, or email [email protected] for coordinated delegation onboarding.

How soon will I receive registration confirmation?
